1. Digital Products (eBooks & Training Guides)
Final Sale: Due to the nature of digital content, all sales of eBooks, training plans, and digital guides are final and non-refundable.
Instant Delivery: Once the purchase is complete and the download link is generated or sent via email, we cannot offer any cancellations, returns, or exchanges.
Technical Support: If you experience any technical issues accessing your file or do not receive your download link, please contact us immediately at contact@support.blueguyathletics.com. We will ensure you receive your product.
2. Physical Products (Made-to-Order)
Quality Guarantee: We only offer replacements or refunds for items with print errors or visible quality issues.
Claims: You must provide clear photos of the product on a flat, well-lit surface within 30 days of delivery to contact@support.blueguyathletics.com.
Exclusions: Because products are made to order, we do not accept returns for "change of mind" or sizing issues.
3. Cancellations
Digital Orders: Cannot be cancelled once payment is processed.
Physical Orders: Can only be edited or cancelled before they go into production.
4. Donations, Tips & Locked Messages
All donations, tips, and payments for locked messages are strictly non-refundable and non-cancellable.
5. Refunds Processing
PayPal: Refunds show in your balance within 24 hours.
Credit Card: Refunds show in your bank account within 7-10 business days.
6. Merchant of Record
Orders are handled by our partner, Fourthwall.com, who manages order-related inquiries and technical support.
